Can I use someone else's native mount parts on my converted lens as I have misplaced my parts? This is in anticipation of sending the lens back to Contax Japan for repairs.

Yes.

If you send in your lens to us for de-conversion we will supply a spare original Contax N mount temporarily even if you have already lost your own.

However, it is still preferred to use your original Contax N mount if you have one.
