Is it possible to use Contax 645 lenses to micro 4/3 format?

once a lens or the NAM1 is converted to work with the Canon, can you just get a CANON to micro 4/3 lens adapter so it can work on a Panasonic GH2, Olympus, or videocameras like the Panasonic AF100
