Is it possible?
5D Mark III camera with the attached 17-35N lens being OFF fully discharges the battery for several hours.
This is not the case with any other lens. |

Would you like to send your lens back to us for a check-up? This is abnormal, for sure. _________________ I am a bird and I uncovered the E, EF and N-mount communication protocols! |

As you will de closed from mid september, it is ineffective to send the lens now so far as our mail is not fast. This situation upsets me very much.
My sympathy for contax lenses converted by conurus is diminishing because i have had problems with two of them (100macro & 17-35), and 24-85 is now under repairing. A lot of my money is frozing. |
