We are/where (this model was replaced by the new Version for phaseOne M645) also making this lens. The version you show here is a Wiese technoplan from our Partner in Hamburg
Can I be of any help ?

I am very pleased with my 45mm WIESE-TECHNOPLAN shift & tilt lens for years!
