Some Sigma EF-mount lenses don't work with newer Canon bodies. Sigma no longer offers to upgrade the electronics to make them compatible. Conurus could offer this service.

We are unable to rechip a Sigma lens. However, those old Sigma lenses with "Err 99 problem" will work on Sony NEX through Metabones EF to E Smart Adapter, albeit without autofocus support.
