Hi, I have purchased the Metabones adapter to connect my Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS USM with my Sony NEX FS 100 camera. I have not succeeded in controlling the iris using your adapter. No f-number is shown on the display of my camera. Can you please give me advice on how to proceed on this matter.

You may have received a defective unit. Please email Metabones about this problem and get a replacement.
