Is there any stop loss of light using this adapter? Or does light transfer as a native lens to n-mount.

There are no optical elements, no loss of light, no change in focal length, no change in aperture. A Contax 645 80mm f/2.0 remains a 80mm f/2.0 on a Canon.

The angle of view does change, as expected - a 80/2 is a normal lens in 645 format and becomes a short telephoto on a full frame DSLR. The angle of view becomes smaller because you are capturing just the center portion of the image circle with a full frame DSLR.
