How likely will Bo-ming convert the 70-300 to a lens mount that has a body with built-in image stabilizer?

That is currently deemed impossible for the Sony and Pentax mounts, as there is no known way to convert a mechanical movement of an aperture lever that Sony and Pentax camera bodies use to control aperture into an electronic command which is accepted by Contax N lenses.

The only remaining candidate mount is the 4/3 mount. Here we reiterate that we have no plans to work on any products for Four Thirds.

With Sigma SD also going without inbuilt image stabilization, I am moving further away from this lens. I am not able to handhold steady long focal length lenses due to medical condition. Let's hope one of the manufacturers will have something that is feasible in the future.
