2.1mm is over the most thickness area as pic.2. (the shims do not increase the thickness )

Sorry but the rim isn't counted - because it does not contribute to the film-to-flange distance. Please exclude the rim in your measurement.

I got the new mount this afternoon. (I will send the old one back tomorrow moring.)
I put the new one on my len and it works very well now.

This time I removed the o.1mm rim and put the other one (0.5mm) back to my len.

Thanks a lot.
And please let me know once the adaptor for another N-mount lens and 645 to EOS become available, so I can order it.

Thanks Lumini! Please send the old mount with the cheapest air mail back to me, to the same address as on the box, and mark the package as "warranty return, do not charge GST".

Please hold onto the old mount for a few more days before sending it back though, because quite frankly, I am still a bit anxious. The last time it worked for you for a day or so before it died. I hope this will not happen again and it is reliable for the long haul - your replacement has a circuit improvement which improves reliability on some camera bodies.
